This is a very good choice for those passing through Parma. The hotel is very close both to the motorway and to the city centre (10-15 minutes on foot). It's also next to the train station. Our junior suite had essentially two rooms, very practical for a family. Staff was extremely kind and parking is just below the hotel. The best thing is the breakfast which is a real meal with tasty savoury and sweet food.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We opted to have the breakfast which was an excellent spread of very high quality food including local specialities. We chose the hotel as it was close to the station as we had a train to catch in the morning. We have stayed in NH hotels before and find them to be a high standard and good value for money

The room was large, modern, and clean. Felt like being in a mini apartment. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful and very easy check-in process. Everything was fast and how it should be. We also got a good deal booking a few months in advance. When we looked at adding an extra day it was a bit more expensive. We got fantastic value for money. We didn't have the breakfast as we felt there would be cheaper options nearby and wanted to be in the City centre.

The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. There was also a nice terrace. Breakfast was rich and excellent. There is a big parking lot under the hotel, very convenient and the parking price was reasonable. Located just by the train station, a walking distance from all the places of interest. Excellent value for money.

Great modern hotel for a stay in Parma. Very clean and conveniently located near train and bus station. Also a great option if you require indoor secured parking.

Large modern room with a spacious bathroom. Very clean and nice hotel. We had a large patio too! The breakfast was wonderful, it had so many choices of foods. The location was perfect, a 1 minute walk from the lower level of the train station. Plus, our tour for the cheese-proscuitto-Modena vinegar met outside the front door! It was walking distance to the Old Town area too

Excellent hotel, very central with minimal design. The room was very big and modern equipped, with everything from amenities to kettle and complimentary water. We were assisted by Gian Luca was provided wonderful hospitality and a complimentary upgrade+ breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very fulfilling , with local cuisine and great variety of dishes. We absolutely adore this hotel and it has become a favourite while in Parma!

The hotel and facilities were excellent (friendly staff, especially GianLuca; clean room; great breakfast choices - including a few choices for vegans, which is not always easy to find!).

place was great ! just outside the train station but a bit too far to the main piazza. should have mentioned parking is extra and we had dinner at the hotel the first night which was very good and breakfast was great!! book your tour to see la perla parma prosciutto was a great experience and parma cheese tour
